Band of Hands' Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Band of Hands can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Band of Hands' full suite of workforce solutions across hiring, talent management, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Band of Hands.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business tests, operational objectives, and success metrics.
Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Band of Hands and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Band of Hands to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Band of Hands workforce products/solutions that will help clients to meet their operational objectives.
Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
Build an in-depth knowledge of how Band of Hands workforce products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of operational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
2 years of experience working in the sales industry or product area, and working in a matrixed organization.
Experience in a leadership role.
Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
