Responsibilities
Engage and Educate: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses (e.g., tech firms, retail, healthcare) to introduce Band of Hands’ platform, tailoring workforce solutions to their hiring needs.
Work a Flexible Schedule: Operate on one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as determined by your manager: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; or 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, from the comfort of your home.
Manage a Diverse Pipeline: Build and maintain a client pipeline, from small businesses to large corporations, using our CRM (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) to track progress and ensure personalized follow-ups.
Become a Platform Expert: Master Band of Hands’ workforce solutions, providing quick, effective recommendations that address client needs and overcome objections.
Drive Results: Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for partnerships through persuasive communication and quick-close techniques, ensuring client satisfaction and future collaboration opportunities.
Track and Optimize: Monitor daily outreach goals (e.g., calls, emails) to stay on track, embracing the numbers-driven nature of sales to deliver results.
Collaborate Virtually: Work closely with a remote team across the Western Region, using video conferencing and collaboration tools to share insights and strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience: GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree.
Phone Confidence: Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily to drive partnerships.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce); we provide a company laptop.
Distraction-Free Workspace: A quiet, professional home environment for focused remote work.
Openness to Feedback: Willing to implement coaching to enhance performance.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients, from small business owners to corporate leaders.
Independent Prioritization: Skilled at managing tasks and time without constant oversight.
Work Authorization: Must possess current US work authorization.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Starting base salary of $40,000 annually, with uncapped commission potential. Average first-year on-target earnings are approximately $55,000 (base + commission, assuming minimum performance expectations are met). Top performers can significantly exceed this.
